I cannot sign into the App

There are usually 2 reasons

  1. You have not created an account. In the login page, click on "Sign up" at the bottom. Note we recommend you use the same email address as the one used for payment so that the system would automatically link.
  2. You either used Apple or Google ID to login before. If you try to reset your password, that will not work since there are no password. You simply need to use the same Apple or Google ID to login again.
