My App and payment is not linked

If you have already paid your membership, but the app is still asking you to pay when you sign up to class. There are a few reasons:

  1. It takes a few minutes for automatic linkage to happen
  2. You may have paid using a different email address. The admin will have to link it manually.
  3. If you sign in through Apple ID, it's possible that your email address is hidden

What should I do?

  1. Try restarting your app. It's possible that the linkage has happened.
  2. If you're still asked to pay. No worries, just type in your email address (that you used for payment) and click on "Already Paid". The App admin will get a notification and link your account.
