My App and payment is not linked
If you have already paid your membership, but the app is still asking you to pay when you sign up to class. There are a few reasons:
- It takes a few minutes for automatic linkage to happen
- You may have paid using a different email address. The admin will have to link it manually.
- If you sign in through Apple ID, it's possible that your email address is hidden
What should I do?
- Try restarting your app. It's possible that the linkage has happened.
- If you're still asked to pay. No worries, just type in your email address (that you used for payment) and click on "Already Paid". The App admin will get a notification and link your account.
